Trev the Pianoman

30-Nov-2019 – 30-Nov-2019
A proper old fashioned knees up with Trev the Pianoman!

From Trev's Facebook Page: Trev learnt the art of the pub piano with Dick Brodie who he toured with around the east end pub circuit between 1979 and 1984, firstly playing for short periods during Dick’s breaks before performing his own gigs in and around the Plaistow area in Newham, East London.
He took a break from pub performances whist sitting a degree course at Colchester between 1984 and 1987 where he studied composition extensively with Alan Bullard and others.

In 1987 he moved to Devon and has since then performed in many pubs giving some great entertainment to many people.

However today there are very few genuine pub players left in the country and the genuine article can be quite a difficult thing to find.

Trev’s repertoire stretches to around 3,500 pieces and there are new pieces being added to this list each week.
